MimUSA-Homegym.com Cancellation PolicyShould you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible as we do not offer order cancellations once an item has shipped from our facility.If you’re not satisfied for any reason simply return your product (within 15 days after arrival) for a refund less return shipping charge. All returns must be approved prior to shipping a product back. Contact us before you return a product.
If you decide to return your item for any reason, you are responsible for return shipping charges. This applies when your order has left our warehouse.
In order to receive a refund, all returned products must be in the original packaging and be in new condition.
If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for all actual shipping charges.
If an order is canceled after it has already been processed, a restocking fee of up to 20% will be assessed.“
